There are some important changes coming to the Box Office for the 2010-11 season. Those changes are:
New FLEXIBLE Season Ticket
Would you like to build your own season ticket package with the dates you want? Now you can select the dates of your choosing for each show but at the beginning of the season. No more needing to go on-line or calling the Box Office to select a date prior to every show. You can come the first Friday for performance one but the third Sunday for the next performance and so on. You’re in control! And now that you have pre-selected all your dates, you can plan your schedule around it. If you select this option and plan on mailing your order to us, contact the Box Office for a Date Selection List. Simply select your dates and mail it in with your order form. But why not save yourself some time and a stamp and purchase on-line.
Print-At-Home PDF Tickets
Patrons purchasing tickets on-line will now have access to their tickets immediately after their order is approved. You will now see a blue box at the top of the screen that will allow you to print your tickets on-line. In addition, the tickets will also be sent to the email address you provided while entering your order. If you don’t have access to a printer, don’t worry. Simply stop by the Box Office and request a “replacement” ticket. And if you order by phone and don’t have an email address, don’t worry. OPEN Season Ticket Change
Instead of sending out tickets without a date, this year we’ll hold off sending your ticket(s) until you select your date. You’ll still receive confirmation of your order either by mail or email. When you’re ready to select your date, simply go on-line to our site and order your ticket just like you were buying one. When you get to the ticket selection screen, you’ll see the “Open Season Ticket Selection” option. Select the appropriate number of tickets and proceed to the buyer information screen. Complete the buyer information and complete the order. You will now see a blue box at the top of the screen that will allow you to print your tickets online. In addition, the tickets will also be sent to the email address you provided while entering your order. If you don’t have access to a printer, don’t worry.
