Ticket Prices
Ticket prices for the 2009-10 & 2010-11 seasons are as follows:
- Adult: $17
- Senior (60 or older): $15
- Student: $10
- Special pricing for groups of 10 or more, call the Box Office at 937-278-5993 for pricing
- Season tickets for 2010-11 are $75.00 (Rate applies to Adult, Senior and/or Students)
NOTE: All non-Season tickets purchased in advance via our online ticket system or through the Box Office will also include a $1 convenince fee. Therefore, the price per ticket would be $18, $16 and $11 respectively. Buying tickets in advance guarantees you will have a seat. We DO NOT hold or reserve tickets until purchased and therefore cannot guarantee seats will be available on the day of performance if you choose to purchase at the Box Office on the day of performance.
Seating and Performances
All seats are general admission. The house will normally open 30 minutes prior to curtain time, and seating is first come, first served.
Unless otherwise stated, all Dayton Theatre Guild shows use the following schedule over a 3-week period:
- First Week: Friday 8pm, Saturday 8pm, Sunday 3pm
- Second/Third Weeks: Friday 8pm, Saturday 5pm, Sunday 3pm
Tickets and Ticket Printing
Beginning with the 2010-11 Season, the Dayton Theatre Guild will now fully utilize our online ticket system to both process orders and provide tickets. This means that we will no longer be mailing paper tickets. All tickets will now be sent electronically to the purchaser’s email address and can be printed by the purchaser. The tickets will be sent as an Adobe PDF attachment to the email confirmation/receipt. Therefore, if you used our mail-in order form and provided us with an email address, your tickets will be (or have already been) sent to your email address. In the event you did not provide us with an email address on your mail-in order form, your tickets will be available for pick-up at the Box Office on the date of your first ticketed performance. If you received the email but inadvertently deleted it, you may contact our Box Office and they can re-send the email. Simply send an email to

or call 937-278-5993 and request the email be re-sent to you. If you selected OPEN tickets, you will only receive the email confirmation/receipt. OPEN tickets will be emailed at the time you select your tickets for each production. Again, if you don’t have an email address or were unable to print your tickets, your tickets will be available at the Box Office on the date of the performance you selected.

- Open the PDF ticket attachement (Adobe Reader or your PDF reader will open)
- Click FILE
- Click PRINT
- On the window that opens, in the PAGE HANDLING section, click the PAGE SCALING drop-down
- From the drop-down, select MULTIPLE PAGES PER SHEET
- From the PAGES PER SHEET drop-down, select 6
- Click OK to Print
Tickets will be good until 10 minutes prior to curtain. If you have not presented your tickets at that time, the seats will be made available to other patrons. Patrons will not be permitted to enter theatre while the performance is in progress. This regulation is in the best interest of other patrons and the actors. We accept no responsibility for inconvenience to latecomers and will make no adjustments on account of it. Tickets are only good for the date purchased. There are no refunds. However, we will do our best to reschedule to another date if tickets are available. We reserve the right to refund the purchase price and refuse admission. No recording devices are allowed in the theatre.
Inclement Weather Statement
In the event of inclement weather, we will post CANCELLATIONS on our website and on our main number of 937-278-5993. If NO CANCELLATION message is noted, the show will go on as scheduled.
