We always offer the flexibility for patrons to change to a different performance or production. On your ticket confirmation email you received from our ticketing system, you’ll see a link to Exchange your tickets here. If you don’t have your email confirmation, you may request your confirmation be resent to you. Click here to have your order confirmation re-sent to your email address.
Please note: Season Ticket holders will not receive the link in their email. Season ticket holders can submit a request to change their ticket(s) here.
If you no longer have access to your email, or there is no link, please use the link above or call our Box Office and leave a message that you would like to change your ticket. Please state the date of your original ticketed performance and the NEW DATE you would like to attend. We’ll make the change, and if you have an email address on the order, you’ll receive an updated confirmation. If there is no email address on the order, we’ll call you back with a confirmation.
